For In-warranty covered units (from September 27 to November 30, 2009):

- Free labor, check-up and cleaning of all Sony products sold by Sony Phillippines, Inc.
- 40% discount on all parts charged (as quoted by the Sony Service Center)

For Out of warranty covered units (from November 3 to 30, 2009):

- 40% discount on labor, check-up and cleaning of all Sony products sold by Sony Phillippines, Inc.
- 20% discount on all parts charged (as quoted by the Sony Service Center)
