CEL Manila to hold Mini iBlog Summit for newbie bloggers
October 15th, 2009 by Apple

While it’s true that anyone can make a blog and publish his thoughts on the World Wide Web, not everyone owns a blog that is popular enough to have a religious following, one that has people talking about your stunning photographs or your thought-provoking statements. How do you create such a blog? The Consumer Electronics Live (CEL) trade show will be hosting the Mini iBlog Summit on November 15, Sunday, 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

Open to aspiring bloggers, the Mini iBlog Summit will tackle the basics of blogging, putting up a photo or video blog, mobile blogging, blog promotion and traffic-generating strategies, and more. Speakers include bloggers Micaela Rodriguez (www.micamyx.com), Aileen Apolo (http://aileenapolo.blogspot.com), AJ Matela (www.baklaako.com), Noemi Lardizabal Dado (www.aboutmyrecovery.com), and Anton Diaz (www.ourawesomeplanet.com). The summit will be hosted and moderated by Janette Toral (www.bloggingfromhome.com).

Organized by iBlog Org, the Mini iBlog Summit is free and will be held exclusively at CEL Manila, a three-day trade show happening on November 13 to 15 at the World Trade Center. The electronics show brings together the biggest and latest gadgets under one roof. Gerard de Guzman, general manager of Summit Live, says, “With CEL Manila exhibitors putting together special promos just for the three-day event, techies are sure to find devices at terrific values.”
